Senior Construction Manager

The Boldt Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team. As a Senior Superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide leadership and supervision to craft employees and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule project activities, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to meet project objectives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Boldt and owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve construction problems, complaints, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Development and Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of project team members.
- Safety and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure projects meet the required standards.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of industry experience, with at least 8 years of supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
- Skills and Knowledge: Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups. Effectiveness in developing innovative construction methods and techniques for the project.
- Certifications and Licenses: OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- Competitive Salary: Salary range $168,300 - $226,700 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
