Job Overview

The Fitness Sales Associate role is a key position in our studio operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Sales and Growth: Establish and maintain an effective referral program to increase membership sales and retention.
  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for members and guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Studio Operations: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, adhering to our high standards.
  • Financial Transactions: Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through member referrals, community outreach, and other initiatives.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong background in sales and customer-facing roles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
