Key Responsibilities
Generate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and successfully close sales.
Establish and maintain professional networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and more.
Achieve new business production targets and objectives.
Process Evidence of Insurance requests efficiently.
Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all underwriting, rating, and compliance standards.
Excel in building and nurturing client relationships.
Present and clarify insurance policy options based on client needs and personal objectives.
Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
Possess a career-oriented mindset.
A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.
A valid Life & Health Insurance license is also required.
Exhibit leadership qualities, including the ability to delegate, engage, and motivate others.

Have a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
