Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team in the engineering industry. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and converting prospects, managing and growing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue goals.
- Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities within the engineering sector.
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to improve our sales process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the engineering industry to better understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the engineering industry.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of automation, machinery, printing, and document solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
