Mental Health Therapist II

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning to clients in our Tumwater Behavioral Health Child and Family Services program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Lead groups and provide individual counseling to clients.
- Collaborate with medical providers and other community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Meet with clients outside of the office and in the community as needed.
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework in psychological diagnostics.
- Four or more years of clinical experience in the field.
- Active, approved license from the Washington State Department of Health.
- Ability to work some later hours and travel to additional locations as needed.
