Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled and driven Landscape Softscape Supervisor to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in landscaping, particularly in softscaping, which encompasses the installation and upkeep of flora, soil, and other organic materials. In this role, you will oversee a team of landscapers, guaranteeing that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of softscape projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2-5 landscapers, offering guidance, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct site evaluations and provide expert recommendations for plant selection and placement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all work performed.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools effectively.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in landscaping, with a focus on softscaping.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for managing and inspiring a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and landscape design principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret landscape plans and blueprints accurately.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
