Position Overview:
This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of Family Wellness properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute fundamental cleaning tasks including vacuuming, waste disposal, and sanitizing surfaces such as glass and mirrors.
  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms, locker areas, and shower facilities.
  • Manage the collection and disposal of used towels, while restocking fresh towels in locker rooms and fitness spaces.
  • Dust and maintain cleanliness of furniture, walls, equipment, and machines.
  • Conduct floor maintenance tasks, including mopping, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
  • Clear snow from walkways and maintain the landscaping around the facility.
  • Set up rooms for meetings and ensure cleanliness post-events.
  • Perform routine inspections of facilities to ensure operational standards.
  • Carry out minor repairs, including painting, changing light bulbs, and testing pool chemicals.
  • Assist with minor equipment repairs as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Compensation:
$21.75 per hour
