KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

  • Prioritize the safety of oneself and the team at all times.
  • Communicate with the Supervisor regarding any challenges encountered during projects
  • Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each assignment
  • Execute each project using company-sanctioned and quality-focused techniques
  • Unload and tidy the vehicle upon returning to the office

Qualifications
  • Familiarity with construction or related fields is essential
  • Proficiency in operating machinery and/or power tools is required
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in construction trades, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating a solid background in this area.
  • Capability to lift or move items weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to navigate and work from floor level or in confined spaces.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
