Quantum Research is in search of a qualified Senior Analyst to provide support to the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-8.


Overview:


Quantum Research offers dedicated analytic expertise and programmatic assistance in the areas of force development processes, integration, information systems, modernization efforts, and the equipment fielding processes essential for fulfilling the Army's objectives.

Current SECRET clearance is mandatory for this position.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct thorough analyses to support presentations made to senior leadership, aiding in decision-making processes during briefings, working groups, and other forums.

Deliver programming data analysis for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, program reviews, and senior leadership briefings.

Assist in ensuring quality control for Leadership Reviews, including checks of Portfolio briefings and providing analytical reports. Recommendations for enhancements to briefing formats will be included in the analysis.

Review and analyze Army Requirements Review Board (AR2B) matters, assisting in the preparation and briefing of senior leaders for AR2B discussions.

Support analysis and provide recommendations to DOM Hardware Divisions in relation to Strategic Planning Assessment Reviews (SPAR).


Qualifications:


A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, along with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in Force Development roles.

Experience should ideally be gained at senior levels within Army organizations, such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands. Equivalent experience from other government or Defense agencies/services is also acceptable.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. Effective communication skills with team members, government personnel, and senior Army leadership are essential.

A strong work ethic and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are crucial for success in this role.
