About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Territory Managers and Regional Sales Managers with sales activities, including procedure coverage, uncovering new opportunities for image-guided therapy devices, and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Territory Managers and Regional Sales Managers with sales activities, including procedure coverage and uncovering new opportunities for image-guided therapy devices.
  • Work independently to achieve business objectives and sales metrics set forth by the Philips IGTD division.
  • Build solid customer relationships by interfacing directly with customers, including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory, operating room personnel, and business office staff.
  • Interface with Marketing, R&D, and other internal groups to quantify needs and provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support for company-sponsored clinical/marketing trials and registries.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of direct experience in a hospital setting.
  • Licenses as a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), or Registered Nurse (RN) or CVIS, RCIS.
  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Strong training and motivational skills.

What We Offer:

  • Total Target Earnings composed of base salary + target incentive, with a potential range of $121,750 to $174,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.
