Field Equipment Specialist

As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, support, and guidance. You will be responsible for researching and recommending solutions to meet their needs, while also identifying opportunities for product improvements and new products by staying up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Research and recommend solutions to meet client needs, driving business growth and expansion
- Maintain high-quality service standards by establishing and enforcing organizational guidelines
- Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competition to drive innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and reconditioning of heavy equipment and related components
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, adhering to our values and standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade school degree or direct industry experience highly desired
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time heavy equipment experience required; please note that this is not a maintenance position
- Must possess a clean driving record and a valid CDL (optional)
- Possess a respectable set of hand tools to perform hands-on responsibilities
