Heavy Equipment Service Technician Job Opportunity

Talon Recruiting is partnering with a leading Heavy Equipment Dealer to find skilled Shop and Field Service Technicians to join their team in Franksville, WI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, support, and guidance.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competition.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and reconditioning of construction, municipal, and highway-related heavy equipment and related components.
  • Present a favorable company image in appearance, uniform, language, personal conduct, and while operating a company vehicle.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED is a must with a trade school degree or direct industry experience highly desired.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-time heavy equipment experience required.
  • Possess a clean driving record.
  • Field Techs will need to obtain a CDL within the first 90 days after hire at our expense.
  • Possess a respectable set of hand tools to perform the hands-on responsibilities of the position.
