Job Opportunity

MBI Health Services, LLC is seeking dedicated individuals to work as Direct Service Professionals in support of our consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
  • Ensure a safe environment for the consumer.
  • Provide companionship and support in the consumer's home.
  • Accompany consumers on community outings and recreational activities.
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Conduct monthly fire drills and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to the Residential Manager.
  • Collect mail and submit it to the Residential Manager.
Qualifications
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Be certified in CPR and complete Phase I and II orientation training.
  • Meet the minimum training and qualifications of a personal care aide.
  • Exhibit professional appearance and effective communication skills.
  • Be able to read and write in English.
  • Recognize emergencies and be knowledgeable about procedures.
