Role Overview

Axon is looking for a Real Time Awareness Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities for RTA products and services. You will work closely with our broader US sales team to develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Axon's RTA products and technology offerings to sell into domestic law enforcement agencies.
  • Partner with the broader Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program to sell RTA as a specific offering.
  • Leverage Google alerts, RFP requests, and other sources to generate leads and pursue opportunities.
  • Be customer-centric, knowing the customer's business and workflows, developing a proper contact network within assigned accounts, and establishing relationships to drive overall customer happiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 1-3 years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Prominent organization and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel 60% or more within your territory (3-4 days a week, including overnights).

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role includes uncapped commissions and a starting base pay between $73,100 in the lowest geographic market and $117,000 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commissions target for this role is $200,000.
