As a key member of our Real Estate Outsourced Finance & Accounting consulting group, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality accounting services to our dynamic client base.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee benefits, and general ledger accounting
  • Ensuring timely and accurate client communication and deliverables
  • Reviewing payroll prior to processing and selected A/P transactions
  • Setting up and maintaining schedules for property tax and insurance
  • Performing periodic review and account reconciliations
  • Preparing journal entries and supporting documentation
  • Monitoring quality, verifying information, and checking work of department staff for accuracy
  • Managing overall project needs, internal communication, training, and consultancy within budget
  • Serving as the main point of contact between Moss Adams and clients, ensuring successful project delivery

Qualifications include:

  • Associates degree in accounting or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 years of accounting experience required; experience in real estate and/or property management strongly preferred
  • Strong technology skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and QuickBooks
  • Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to approach complex tasks or problems creatively while knowing when to escalate critical issues to management
  • Capabilities reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial and legal documents with an ability to respond to common inquiries from clients, regulatory agencies, or the business community
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 - $110,000 based on location, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
