Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Carter's/OshKosh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and brands to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
