Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Campus Recreation Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative programs and services that promote physical activity, wellness, and recreation among students and staff.
  • Collaborate with campus departments and community partners to create a comprehensive and inclusive recreation program.
  • Manage and maintain recreation facilities, equipment, and services to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to students, staff, and faculty, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase awareness and participation in recreation programs and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement and expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Exercise Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recreation or a related field, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of recreation programming, facility management, and customer service principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Recreation, Exercise Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including students with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of eSports programming and facilities management.
  • Certification in CPR/First Aid and fitness-related fields.
