Job Title: Community Program Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Program Manager at South Middlesex Opportu. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing center programming, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to all aspects of Center operation from designing and implementing Center programming, policies and procedure, member handbook and volunteer handbook.
  • Works with Resource Development Department to manage program web and social media presence. Designs templates and visual interfaces for written materials in line with agreed upon development themes and concepts. Updates web site with new activities, employee changes, calendar updates, new events, and announcements.
  • Performs outreach to secure and engage volunteers for all RSC volunteer activities, including library, kitchen, resources events, and computer room.
  • Support and oversee all member and volunteers related communication, marketing materials and recognition activities.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work independently with supervision.
  • Good people skills
  • Strong computer skills are desirable.
  • Must be available to work varied hours.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
