Job Overview:
South Middlesex Opportu is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Support Manager to join our team. The Program Support Manager will provide critical support to our Recovery Support Center by leading volunteer engagement efforts and overseeing program operations.

As a Program Support Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement Center programming, policies, and procedures;
* Manage program web and social media presence;
* Secure and engage volunteers for all RSC volunteer activities;
* Oversee all member and volunteers related communication, marketing materials, and recognition activities;
* Assist in managing the volunteer application process;
* Implement new ways to use technology to increase Center offerings;

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality programs and events;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year;
