Job Summary:
We are seeking an accounting assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a service-oriented mindset, enjoy working with numbers and people, and be dependable and trustworthy. This role requires multitasking in a busy environment and travel between various office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounting tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting or a related field
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations
What We Offer:
