Administrative Support Specialist Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role is required
  • At least 1 year of professional experience managing high call volumes, check-in/check-out processes, and navigating multiple computer systems for data entry
  • Completion of 1 year of post-secondary education or vocational training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capacity to acquire computer skills related to clinical software and electronic health records
  • Availability to work a designated 8-hour shift
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director
