Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail automotive sector.
- At least 2 years in a management role within the industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
- Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to remote client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, along with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional perks include Paid Time Off (PTO), a 401K matching program, and tuition reimbursement.
