Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively engage with clients in collaboration with Relationship Managers to enhance relationships, taking ownership of client needs, challenges, and risks, while also identifying and pursuing new client opportunities that align with NCAA's value proposition.
  • Foster innovation in the solutions offered to clients while structuring agreements that balance risk and reward.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Relationship Managers and clients.
  • Share expertise with other sales professionals and junior team members.
  • Contribute to business strategy and implement initiatives effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and NCAA's policies at all times.
  • Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the organization's reputation and safeguarding NCAA, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, upholding ethical standards in behavior and business practices, and managing control issues transparently.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, ideally in progressively responsible roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in initiating, executing, and expanding complex client relationships.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree may be advantageous.
