Mental Health Advocate

At Community Concepts, we're seeking a dedicated Residential Support Specialist to join our team. As a self-identified mental health and/or substance use consumer, you'll play a vital role in promoting safety, stability, and economic mobility among program participants.
Responsibilities:
- Engage participants in skill-building opportunities and community activities.
- Provide individualized support and care to participants and family members when necessary.
- Participate in staff meetings and training activities.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS) certification within 12 months of hire and maintenance.

Estimated Salary: $19.00 - $24.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).
