Job Overview

Community Concepts, Inc. is seeking a qualified Mental Health Support Professional to join our team.

Salary:

$18-20 per hour (part-time 20 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support and care to participants in the Resident Supportive Services Program.
  • Assist participants in developing daily living opportunities that promote safety, stability, and economic mobility.
  • Engage participants in skill building opportunities and encourage community inclusion activities.
  • Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
  • Eligible to obtain Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS) certification within 12 months of hire.
  • Previous consumer of mental health and/or substance use recovery services.
  • Previous peer support experience (paid or unpaid) is preferred.
