Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with medical professionals, identifying top talent, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of medical professionals, identifying top talent and building relationships to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and internal referrals to expand our talent pipeline.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
  • Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their submittal process.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule, and overall expectations.
  • Assist and support the healthcare professional through the complete placement process, including submittal, interview, acceptance, compliance, travel, assignment, and retention.
  • Support internal Atlas departments through the employment/assignment process as needed.
  • Actively listen and address questions in a professional and mature manner.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  • Contribute to the Atlas brand by being a positive and respectful professional to internal and external customers.
  • Always be an Atlas ambassador and advocate.

  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and activities accurately and effectively.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work with and/or without close supervision.
  • Ability to maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with customers/vendors and employees at all levels of the company.
