Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at TTI, Inc. as a Branch Support Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and expedite customer orders to ensure accuracy and secure on-time delivery
  • Provide information to customers regarding order status, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate issue resolution with the Sales Representative and Customer to ensure a smooth sales to shipping process
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, establishing a positive rapport with every interaction
  • Assist with the processing of customer quotes, performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information
  • Process order confirmation files, reviewing data for accuracy
  • Provide support to Sales Representatives, returning phone calls, sending samples and sales literature, and researching and preparing customer return authorizations and replacement orders
  • Provide back-up coverage for Director of First Impressions, covering switchboard during breaks
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 months experience in customer support or similar role
  • Ability to use computer systems proficiently
  • Knowledge of company product lines, services, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good telephone etiquette and ability to write routine business correspondence
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications at the beginning level, including Excel
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure
  • Able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
