About the Role
The Commercial Lease Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing Lease Administration resources and implementations, fostering relationships with clients and vendors, and centralizing the creation of schedules, reports, communication strategies, and process flows for the Lease Administration team.

This position focuses on small to mid-sized account assignments and may involve collaboration as part of a larger global account team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Lease Coordinator, you will utilize your exceptional organizational and analytical skills to:
  • Review contracts, correspondence, and accounts meticulously.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information to support our clients.
  • Identify errors, compliance issues, and other discrepancies to enhance contract quality.
  • Proactively engage with landlords and clients to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Deliver high-quality work consistently, on time and within budget.

What You Bring to the Table
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration, paralegal, accounting, or property management, with exposure to either the Landlord or Tenant sector.
  • Experience with commercial real estate database applications such as ProLease, Harbor Flex, or Virtual Premise, as well as accounting software like MRI or Yardi.
  • A solid understanding of accounts receivable, billing agreements, rental obligations, and client agreements, including scope of work, fee structures, billing frequencies, and payee information.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and technology/database skills.
