Location: Hybrid Schedule
Salary: $130-180k + Bonus
Job Overview: In this role, you will support the client's accounting and finance functions, including daily operations, financial closes, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), contract management, financial reporting, and transactions. You will act as an integral part of the company's internal team while also assisting with SOX implementations and compliance. This position offers the chance to engage with various companies and partake in diverse tasks such as accounting and transactions, including IPOs and preferred stock financings.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; CPA certification is a plus.
- 8-12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in public accounting and familiarity with the life sciences sector is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
