Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager to join our People Team. This role will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies across our organization, enabling our Talent Acquisition teams to support business growth and enhance our recruiting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform talent acquisition decisions
  • Partner with Regional HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and Recruiters to design and execute recruiting strategies
  • Mentor and coach Recruiters to extend current passive sourcing capability
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice to executive leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field, including demonstrated success in developing effective recruiting strategies and relationship building
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking
  • Proven track record in designing, managing, and executing successful recruiting programs
