Job Summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our Acute Care Hospitals and Physician Clinics in the Chicago Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective filling of job openings
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits packages to ensure competitive compensation
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR staff, and senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage recruitment budgets and analyze data to inform recruitment decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience required; 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and team environment
What We Offer

Prime Healthcare offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
