Responsibilities:

The HCCS Stewardship team manages property claims in a consistent and predictable manner, typically with minimal fluctuations in volume within a call center setting.
These claims may require one to two inspections conducted by an assignment claim specialist (ACS).Team Leaders are dedicated to guiding and developing our staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our customers.
This encompasses:
Direct management of assigned Claims personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and salary considerations
Oversight and regulation of the operation's claim activities, including investigations, claim payments, and adjustment expense payments
Coordinating, communicating, and implementing new company programs, policies, practices, and procedures
Ensuring adherence to company protocols, applicable federal/state regulations, and legal obligations
Fostering employee development within an inclusive environment
This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote work and collaborative in-office time.
During the training phase, you may spend a greater proportion of time in the office to enhance your learning experience.
Operating hours are regularly assessed and may adjust based on business requirements.Successful candidates should be adaptable and willing to work flexible shifts, including potential overtime and irregular hours.
Qualifications:
Experience in claims operations and/or call center environments is preferred
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Prior leadership experience is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Maintain a relentless focus on customer satisfaction when making decisions
Assess our environment candidly and address challenges proactively
Inspire and motivate team members to understand and achieve shared objectives
