Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide expert knowledge of LSEG's data solutions and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption of LSEG's data solutions and provide actionable insights to improve customer experience.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a data or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of data solutions and services, including data feeds and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field.
