Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Coordinator to join our team at Safran Electrical & Power. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the growth of our business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Manage customer relationships, including contract review, order processing, and warranty administration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, including TAT, OTD, and warranty performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data entry and software applications, including MS Office.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Working Environment

This role will be based in our office, with occasional visits to our production floor. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
