- Product Presentation: Present finance and insurance product options to customers, highlighting benefits and features while addressing any questions or objections.
- Credit Submission: Submit credit applications and secure approvals from lending institutions.
- Documentation Completeness: Ensure all necessary documentation for each transaction is complete and accurate.
- Goal Achievement: Meet production and volume targets in line with dealership productivity standards.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of all products offered by the dealership.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment among team members.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver the finance process in a manner that achieves excellent customer satisfaction scores.
- Compliance: Ensure full disclosure and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Manager or Finance Manager.
- Proficient in the Darwin Menu System.
