Pharmacy Operations Manager

The Pharmacy Operations Manager at Rutland Regional Medical Center will oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. This role will lead and manage personnel, programs, services, and operations, providing direction and leadership to staff, students, interns, and residents. The incumbent will be responsible for pharmacy purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and supply chain management systems. Additionally, they will ensure efficient operations and provide expertise in medication-use systems.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with PharmD
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of management or lead experience in a hospital pharmacy
- Experience with project management
- Significant clinical experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
- Registered as a pharmacist in the state of Vermont
Key Skills and Abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use PI tools for different projects/workshops.
- Detailed oriented, yet also understands bigger picture.
- Able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge and experience with personal computers and all Microsoft Office products.
Salary Range = $131,000 - $210,000
