Our client, a prominent global investment firm, is seeking a Service Desk Associate to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and sustain end-user devices
  • Assist with Move, Add, and Change requests
  • Oversee and resolve end-user incident tickets
  • Document improvements in procedures
  • Manage, maintain, and audit hardware and software inventories
  • Ensure a high level of responsiveness, communication, and professionalism
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
  • Deliver technical training to end-users
  • Support and maintain an O365, VDI, and mobile environment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Ability to address problems sustainably by collaborating with individuals, not just technologies
  • Experience in delivering local and remote premium service
  • Self-motivated and quick learner with robust troubleshooting abilities
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 OS and Office 365 Suite
  • Understanding of network fundamentals (connections, components, protocols)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (structure, policies, management)
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management
  • Proficient with laptops, VMware VDI, and physical desktops
Preferred Skills:
  • Management of VOIP systems
  • Experience with enterprise-level video conferencing systems
  • Knowledge of patch management and software deployment
  • Familiarity with Python or PowerShell scripting
  • Understanding of internet and network security
  • Knowledge of ITIL process flow and incident management
