Job Description

RTA US is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team in Cupertino, CA. This is a 6+ months contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive estimated salary of $72,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role involves leading project management efforts between various Apple teams to build innovative merchandizing elements for Apple Retail and Channel Partner stores. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of project management experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Coordinate and drive early engagements on product architecture, feature definition, and program execution.
  • Establish strategic relationships and represent the project and organization with cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Legal, Security, Creative, Industrial Design, Retail, and Channel Business Operations teams.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and exert effective influence in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Agile (BOM) proficiency
