Role Overview

Sr. Engineering Program Manager (EPM) is responsible for leading a portfolio of pivotal initiatives that drive product performance and business growth. This role requires a seasoned engineering program leader who can build relationships and partner across multiple teams to drive technical roadmaps.

About the Job

This Senior EPM will lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure timely delivery of critical projects. They will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on technical roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and manage project dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex cross-functional projects in a large engineering organization accountable for the development and deployment of applications and services at Apple scale.
- Communicate status updates regularly to Ad Platforms' executive leadership, ensuring clear insight into project achievements, challenges, and dependencies.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partner teams, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience managing complex projects in a large engineering organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Proven technical proficiency, quickly learning key technologies related to initiatives and beyond.
- Experience leading engineering programs within advertising technology or related industries.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800 per year, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. As an Apple employee, you'll also receive comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and a range of discounted products and services.
