iPhone Hardware Engineering Program Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our iPhone Hardware Engineering team. As a key member of our engineering program management group, you'll be responsible for driving program/project development activities and discussions with diverse teams. Your solid EE/CE/ME background will enable you to recognize, assess, and communicate issues and risks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, release, and deliver HW sub-systems like flex-PCBAs, PCBAs, and development boards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multi-functional development teams for various system HW sub-systems.
- Manage and track engineering development schedules and budgets.
- Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks.
- Drive deliveries and issues with global suppliers.
- Synchronize the project with the Apple development process.
- BS EE/CE/ME degree required.
- 1-4+ years of project management experience.
- Strong technical background in EE or ME. Mechatronics background is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive, able to effectively manage complex scenarios.
- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver.
- Experienced in setting up program/project schedules and work breakdown structures.
- Ability to travel internationally to support builds.
