About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of advanced silicon products at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product development strategies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, to drive product development and launch.
  • Drive supplier management, quality control, and yield improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product development progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in silicon development, engineering program management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
