Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our Inlet Works team at Ovivo. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and sales assistance to achieve sales objectives and acceptable profit margins. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and sales assistance to achieve sales objectives and acceptable profit margins.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • BS degree in one of the engineering disciplines preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the water/wastewater industry is preferred but not required.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read and understand technical documents.

The estimated salary for this role is around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k match, and profit sharing.
