Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k match, company-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, 11 paid holidays, three weeks of PTO, and sixteen personal hours.Job DescriptionRole Summary: As a Regional Sales Manager with the Inlet Works team at Ovivo, you will provide leadership, sales assistance, and training for all Municipal, Industrial, Power, and Water Management inlet products. You will work closely with clients to build trust and relationships, use innovative thinking to solve client challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and acceptable profit margins.Your responsibilities will include providing sales support onsite and remote, defining product improvements and standardizations, reviewing specifications from customers, handover project details to the operations team, and providing training and training materials for the internal team and external clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Bachelor's degree in one of the engineering disciplines preferred but not required.
- Experience in the water/wastewater industry preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude required and ability to read and understand technical documents.
- Ability to apply basic mathematical equations and create solid solutions.
