Key Responsibilities - Commercial Property Accountant

  • Generating monthly financial reports related to the commercial property sector, encompassing all active properties under management.
  • Analyzing budgets for construction projects and facilitating monthly requisitions for contractors.
  • Ensuring adherence to established accounting policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining compliance with internal control policies and procedures.

Qualifications - Commercial Property Accountant

  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience within the Real Estate industry.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA credentials are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI, or Deltek is preferred; strong proficiency in Excel is essential.
