- This is a hybrid position- equipment provided for remote work
Role Responsibilities
- Monthly close preparation including assisting with monthly operating reports to investors and third parties
- CAM reports
- Cash flow analysis
- Assist with audit package preparation
- Manage general ledger activity, trial balance, workpapers, etc.
Preferred Experience
- Previous Real Estate experience
- Strong communication, and comfortability being front facing a must
- Strong excel including v-lookups and pivot tables a plus
- Experience with Yardi, MRI or other real estate systems a plus
