We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team as a Real Estate Finance Analyst. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to develop financial analyses, create pitches and proposals, and participate in client meetings and due diligence visits.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a demanding and highly focused environment. We offer a comprehensive training program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial analyses and models to support client transactions
- Create pitches and proposals to present to clients
- Participate in client meetings and due diligence visits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in a relevant field
- 0-3 years of experience in real estate finance
