About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team at National Financial Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors. Your expertise in health and welfare benefits will enable you to provide consultative advice to clients, helping them navigate complex insurance plans and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with carriers and wholesalers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for health and welfare benefits.
  • Manage client deliverables, delegating tasks to junior team members as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Utilize online carrier tools to create quotations, prepare pre-renewal information, and update client proposal tables.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and carrier products to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of health and welfare consulting experience, with a strong understanding of benefits administration and regulatory requirements.
  • Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License required.
  • GBA or CEBS Certification a plus.
