Customer Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our office staff and field technicians.
Compensation InformationThe compensation package for this position includes an estimated hourly rate ranging from $35 to $50, depending on your level of experience.
Main Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate service calls and installations with our HVAC field technicians.
- Document and collect information from clients promptly.
- Handle calls in order of priority to ensure timely responses.
- Communicate effectively with various teams and departments.
- Provide clear directions to technicians and monitor their progress.
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a dispatcher role within the HVAC industry or a related field is necessary.
- Strong typing and data entry skills are crucial.
- Understanding of established industry standards and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
