We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order processing system by managing orders, communicating with providers, and resolving any issues that may arise.

About the Job:
  • This is a full-time position working onsite from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
  • The estimated salary for this position is $25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage orders in Salesforce.com (SFDC) efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with providers via fax or phone for missing information, clinical discrepancies, specimen issues, etc.
  • Ensure timely follow-up to expedite turnaround time (TAT) for specimen requests.
  • Resolve holds on orders to initiate specimen testing as soon as possible.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Technical proficiency in using a PC, the internet, and MS Office applications
  • Advanced attention to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
