Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at One Step GPS. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to our GPS fleet tracking service
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies
